According to the online description (https://bm.metz.fr) "Provenance : cathédrale de Metz Réserve précieuse : MS 100. Manuscrit perdu en 1944, réputé détruit". Note, however, that this description seems to confuse the Anselmo dedicata both with the collection of Anselm of Lucca and one attibuted to Anselm of Canterbury?!?
