Only known copy of the Collectio canonum in Torino, BNU, E. V. 44, fol. 71v–86v and the infamous Collectio Taurinensis.
Erroneously referred to as "E.V.33" in the MSS index of the 2005 Clavis handbook. Beulertz p. 53 refers to it as "903 (früher E V 44)"
It was no CMIII in the Pasini catalogue (digitized here) and no 783 in the 1922 Consentini catalogue (digitized here).
