Berlin, Staatsbibliothek Preussischer Kulturbesitz, Fragment 135 (saec. XII?, German) is a pastedown covering Collectio Tripartita A2. 28. 23-41med (= Be in the Brett/Nowak edition. This has the rubrics, numbering of canons and characteristic readings of the later form. The verso is very badly damaged, and much there is barely legible.
