Freiburg, Universitätsbibliothek, Fragm. 53 is a double leave of a manuscript saec. XII2/2 containing excerpts of Ivo's Decretum. The excerpts are in a different order to those in any other of the known abbreviations if Ivo's collection (Harley, Leiden). It contains Decretum 9.64 (pt, and widely variant), 55-6, 20-1, 19, 27-8, 38, 44, 54, 35-6, 81 (pt).
