Wien, ÖNB, Cod. 2147 is a copy of the Collectio Quesnelliana with later additions. Hoskins discusses the second and the third addition and points out possible influence of the Hispana decretals via Pseudoisidore A1.
Written around 800 "presumably in the Lorsch area" (CLA 10, no. 1506, p. 20 and p. 49; CLA Suppl. p. 66. See Kéry, p. 28
