The municipal library of Rouen today is called Bibliothèque Villon. It is also known as Bibliothèque patrimoniale, Bibliothèque municipale (BM), or Bibliothèque municipale et patrimoniale. The Clavis Wiki retains the traditional abbreviation BM for the short title.

Note that the (medieval) manuscripts held by BM Rouen are referred to by their shelfmarks and/or the catalogue numbers; scholarly literature is not consistent in this respect. The shelfmark (cote) typically consists of a capital letter ("A" for theological manuscripts, "E" for law, and so on) and a number.

The digitized manuscripts are found at https://www.rotomagus.fr/. According to this site, there are some 500 digitized medieval manuscripts; note, however, that this number includes not only digitized manuscripts but also digitized microfilms and images of individual pages (namely for the early medieval manuscripts).

There are 11 manuscripts in this Wiki which are held by Rouen, BM; see Category:Manuscript in Rouen, BM.
