Caching still an issue
The problem seems to still persist e.g. with Category:Manuscript of IP containing, as of today, both 11 and 19 entries, as Anders noticed. atb, Christof Rolker (talk) 15:54, 7 February 2025 (CET)
- Yes, still a problem that I noticed just now again when the number of entries in a category I saw as a human user didn't match the one the api returned. There's no easy way for just any user to purge all pages, but The purgeList.php should work. It's also a very easy script to write (using mwclient, just iterate through all pages and perform purge() on each), it took around 7.5min to run just now (but might be significantly quicker on a different connection).
