Città del Vaticano, BAV, Reg. lat. 399 is a manuscript that mainly (on fol. 1-61) contains the canons of a provincial council held in benevento in 1374 and written probably soon after in the same region. The last folios (fol. 62-71) contain very miscellaneous materials, including excerpts from Deusdedit and Bonizo. The florilegium contains the De sancta Romana ecclesia canon first found in Deusdedit. For an analysis, see Somerville, Deusdedit at Benevento.
