The Epitome Hadriani (also known as der Compendiosa traditio canonum Orientalium sive Africanorum) is an excerpt of the Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana made perhaps only the late eleventh century (Mordek). geschichtsquellen.de (apparently following (Mordek) lists four mss:
