The Tractatus de sacrilegiis et immunitatibus et eorum compositionibus was composed in the eleventh century. Kéry, pp. 194-196 lists 27 extant manuscripts, mostly from southern Germany saec XII. Mordek, Bibliotheca p. 1035 describes its content as follows:
- der größere, spätestens im 11. Jh. verfaßte Traktat De immunitate ct sacrilcgio setzt nach dem Vorwort damit [scil. Benedictur levita 2.179] ein und bringt dann weitere Texte aus Benedictus Levita, Ansegis, Leges u. a.
