Orléans, BM, 222 (194) is a copy of the Panormia (siglum: Oa). It also contains letters of Ivo (pp. 79-105) and patristic writings.

Panormia on pp. 1-73a. Few rubrics in text to 1.39 after inscriptions, then cease. Ends at inscription to 8.98 at foot of p. 73a. Possibly because of damage to its exemplar, it runs without a break from mid 4.25 to the last words of 4.89. On pp. 73b-78a Bede in Tobiam, CCL 119B, 3-19, without change of hand. Has numerous omissions, and one or two additions in midtext, e.g. Council Reims (1119) at end of book seven. The text is exceptionally careless. Other mattter, beginning with numerous excerpts from Ivo letters, follows, listed in Pellegrin and Bouhot, Catalogue des manuscrits médiévaux de la Bibliothèque municipale d'Orléans CNRS (2010), 308-311.
