A chronologically arranged collection of conciliar canons extant only in Roma, Biblioteca Casanatense, 378 (Italy, saec. VII/VIII; "Cod. Veron. LX. (58)" in Maassen). It was compiled probably in Italy in the seventh century (Maassen). A 12th c hand corrected the text, according to Maassen p. 546 probably from the Collectio Vaticana in Vat. lat. 1342.

Maassen treats the Collectio canonum II in Paris, BnF, lat. 3858C, the Collectio Theodosii diaconi, and the Collectio Wirceburgensis as three similar collections all containing conciliar canons (plus papal letters as far as they relate to the same councils).
