This collection contains various text on monophysitism including (genuine) conciliar acts and letters (wrongly) attributed to Felix III. Maassen, Geschichte p. 756 described the contents thus:
- 1. Als Grundlage die dem Gregorius von Nedeianhen zugeschriebene Expositio fidei und die Definitio fidei von Chalcedon. 2. (Apocryphe) Actenstücke, welche die Sache des Petrus Fullo betreffen. 3. Das Concil von Constantinopel vom Jahre 536. 4. Das die Beschlüsse dieses Concils bestätigende Edict Justinian’s. 5. Die Synode von Jerusalem vom Jahre 536.
Gunther listed five Greek manuscripts of the collection. No Latin manuscripts have been reported, but Maassen p. 753 asserted that the version printed by Merlin (tomus II, fol. 1-47) was „eine alte lateinische Version“.
Schwartz (ACO III, p. VI sq.) not only reports on his futile search for the manuscript, but also proves that the Latin is not more than a clumsy medieval translation of the Greek text. However, he recognises it as having a certain text-critical value for the edition of the greek Collectio Sabbaitica.
