The manuscript is a copy of Gratian's Concordia discordantium canonum.

Membr.; 343 ff.; 476 × 295; Italia (tex.); Francia (dec.); sec. XIV (1318: Ibi et finis Decretorum, anno ab incarnatione Domini nostri Iesu Christi millesimo CCC°XVIII, die sabbati pasche; app. 1328: Explicit anno Domini M°CCC°XXVIII, die iovis ante natale Domini). Vignetta sull’iniziale H: il papa detta la Legge ad un monaco-scriba (Graziano). La decorazione è stata attribuita al Maître des vies de saint Louis (Mahiet ?) (Kuroiwa 2013).
