Is the shelfmark "102" or "C.102"?
The List of manuscripts seems to imply that it's "C.102" because that's what's chosen as the display name, but display names weren't recognized as such during the download process of the list. Because this is the only case of a manuscript with a display name (and because this sooner or later will create duplicates of this manuscript) it's a good idea to change the title of this page to reflect the correct shelfmark and remove the display name from the list. The stub-text and the infobox will need to be changed accordingly. SStark (talk) 23:48, 9 January 2025 (CET)
- There are two manuscripts at Pistoia AC, and perhaps confusingly, the one under discussion here is C.130.
- Pistoia, AC, C.102 is a liturgical manuscript (71 fols., saec. XIII) which contains no canon law ; it happens to be online: https://www.archiviocapitolaredipistoia.it/_ordo_officiorum_ecclesiae_pistoriensis_pt_ac_c102-idm305.php
- Pistoia, AC, 102 is the ancient shelf mark of what is today C.130. Kéry p. 102 refers to it as "102" in the context of Lucca, Biblioteca Capitolare Feliniana, Plut. II 123 but p. 103 cites it correctly as "Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, C. 130 (olim 102)". (This is the same manuscript described by Chiappelli, Manoscritti giuridici di Pistoia, p. 38 and other scholars.)
- Thus, I will turn the page "Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, 102" into a redirect to Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, C.130. atb, Christof Rolker (talk) 09:56, 10 January 2025 (CET)
