München, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Clm 4570 is a manuscript from Benediktbeuren containing an interpolated version of Burchard‘s Liber decretorum. After the collection, on fol. 239v-240v, it contains a leich by Heinrich von Rugge. This addition is dated to 20 March 1108, but the colophon was probably copied from the exemplar; both the main text and the addition were written saec. XII 2/2 (Glauche; pace Kéry). Another addition is a papal letter of 1182 to the chapter of Chur, which is for this reason assumed to have produced or at least possessed the codex.
