Milano, Biblioteca Ambrosiana, G. 58 sup. is a composite manuscript. Fols 1-40 contain various conciliar canons, decretals, and excerpts from patristic writings, including canons taken from the Collectio Dacheriana and the Collectio Hispana. Fols 41-64 are the second part of a manuscript the first part of which is Città del Vaticano, BAV, Vat. lat. 5751, fol. 1-54; see the article on Città del Vaticano, BAV, Vat. lat. 5751.
Both parts of the Milan manuscript may have been written at Bobbio at the same time (Kaiser).
