Milano, Archivio Capitolare, Perg. sec. XI no 126c is a fragment (four leaves) of a ninth-century copy of the Collectio Quesnelliana according to Marco Petoletti, Un frammento del sec. IX della "Collectio Quesnelliana" nell'Archivio Capitolare della Basilica di S. Ambrogio a Milano. In: Aevum vol. 82 (2008) pp. 293-312. The fragment, however, is limited to the canons of Nicaea and Serdica. Because of Sankt Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. Sang. 682, we cannot be sure whether the fragment comes from a complete Quesnelliana manuscript or is what remains of an excerpt limited to the Nicaea-Serdica complex.
