This article on Madrid, Academia de la Historia, Cód. 12 (a complete copy of the Liber Extra) is a stub.
Together with Madrid, Academia de la Historia, Cód. 66 Bertram's Signaturenliste refers to the manuscripts as “Cogolla 12 and Cogolla 66.”
According to the 1997 catalogue, p. 813, only Cód. 12 comes from Cogolla, Cód. 66 from Cardeña. Since these two manuscripts are the only ones containing the Liber Extra listed in the catalog and the numbers match, these two manuscripts are certainly meant.
