München, Bayerische Staatsbibliothek, Clm 3860a contains a copy of the Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana (fol. 4va-175vb)., the Epitome Hispana (fol. 180va-183vb), and various canon law texts including to capitulatio to Cresconius (fol. 203ra-209ra). Maassen, Geschichte mentions it several times (see here). According to Bischoff, the main text was written saec. IX3/4 in northern Italy with five hand saec. X2/2 to saec. X/XI supplementing it later.
