s. xii med. (MG) in English hand. Heads of leaves esp. damaged in Cotton fire. Formerly belonged to Henry Savile: Tite, Early records 158.
fos 1-110v (incomplete, quire missing); ends [...] suam Deo obligat in Panormia 8.115. Has capitula but no preface proper.
