Leipzig, Universitätsbibliothek, Hänel 16 (olim 3482) is one of two known copies of the "Cologne 10P": Collectio X partium in Köln, Historisches Archiv, Bestand 7010, 199. It was written in Western Germany, perhaps Cologne.
As in the Cologne copy, 10P comes with Ivo's preface. In addition, there are four canons on papal elections according to the Leipzig catalogue.
