Durham, Cathedral Library C.III.3 is a composite manuscript comprised of three different collections, all compiled in the decades around 1200:
- Fols. 1ra-73vb: Breviarium extravagantium
- Fols. 75ra-121rb: Collectio Gilberti
- Fols. 123ra-158rb: Collectio Dunelmensis secunda, also known to Walther Holtzmann as Collectio Dunelmensis IV
The collections are supported by extensive annotations as glosses, both commentaries and additional letters, and additional material on the spare folios between each collections. Gero Dolezalek's Manuscripta Juridica identifies those on fol. 74 as material connected to Brocarda; on fol. 122v there are additional letters from Pope Innocent, presumably Innocent III.
