• For collections already in the 2005 version of Clavis, see the Google spreadsheat containing, inter alia, a list of categories; in column "V" you find text ready to copy&paste, but be careful: these categories are generated semi-automatically and should always be checked against the description of the collection in its current form.
• In general, articles on both manuscripts and collections should be placed in categories for the date and place of origin; for manuscripts, categories should indicate whether the manuscript is digitized or not; for collections, categories are also used for the size of the collections, whether they are in the database or not (and if so, whether this is cased on a manuscripts, an uncritical edition, or a critical edition), and other information; have a look at an article like that on the Dionysiana to get an idea which categories there are for collections.
