Kraków, Biblioteka Jagiellońska, 613 (ex Berlin, SBPK, lat. oct. 51; no. 613 in the Rose catalogue) is a copy of the Panormia (siglum Kd) from the second half of the twelfth century (prov. Lisborn). The Panormia ends on fol. 151r with book 8, c. 136 and has early additions by the main hand on fol. 151r, and more additions by two different hands on fol. 151v and 152r, respectively.
