I cite this from an email by Rolker:
"As for the dots, I’m not very emotional. Kuttner, Kejr, and Weigand cite the ms as “C. O. 266”, the archive itself uses “C.O266” and “CO. 266”, Pennington has “C.O.266”, and I’ve seen “CO 266” too. We can adopt any form, but if so, we should be consistent for all Olomouc manuscripts on the Wiki (currently seven with “C. O.” shelfmarks). I’m inclined not to change it - if even the archive uses at least two forms, how should we decide?

May I assume that C.O. stands for "Capitulum Olomu...ense" or something similar? Kuttner refers to it as "Kathedralskapitel". I which case it is two words, and the reference that Kuttner, etc., use, "C. O. 266" is the most appropriate, or skipping the space in the middle for typographical reasons. (Kuttner's instructions for the Monumenta iuris canonici skips spaces in references to Gratian: "C.1 q.7 c.3", which is attractive typographically.)
