Troyes, Bibliothèque municipale, 952 is a twelfth-century copy of the register of Gregory VII, the earliest register of papal letters to have survived completely in the original. It contains the Dictatus papae.

The manuscript is not online, althought the IRHT seems to have digitizes the microfilm: http://medium-avance.irht.cnrs.fr/ark:/63955/md6341688s1b
