Author Martin Brett

Paris, BnF, lat. 14809 contains on fol. 313r-393v (s. xii4/4) an abbreviation of Ivo's Decretum (siglum E). It ends incomplete with Decretum 16.66, 134, 136-139, leaving it uncertain whether it continued further. See Fournier (1897) 413, and Landau (1984) 32-3 who pointed out its close relation to Paris, BnF, lat. 14315 (P). It is even more incomplete than the Antwerp copy.

Notes of its readings in the apparatus of Brett's edition of the Decretum are few and unsystematic. For a fuller account see the separate file devoted to this version.

Literature

Fournier, Collections attribuées à Yves p. 413; Landau (1984) pp. 32-33. Note that the mention of the manuscript in Kéry, Collections p. 252 is misguided.
