München, BSB, Clm 6288 contains contains various liturgical and canon law materials including the prefaetio of the Dionysiana II and a copy of Cresconius (siglum M in the edition). It was written probably in Northern Italy saec. Xex (Glauche; not saec. XI/XII as stated by Kéry p. 10). Fragments of two lost folios of the Cresconius text are today extant as München, BSB, Clm 29390/1 (ex Clm 28125) and München, BSB, Clm 6344.
