München, BSB, Clm 6288 contains contains various liturgical and canon law materials including the prefaetio of the Dionysiana II and a copy of Cresconius (siglum M in the edition). It was written probably in Northern Italy saec. Xex (Glauche; not saec. XI/XII as stated by Kéry p. 10). Fragments of two lost folios of the Cresconius text are today extant as München, BSB, Clm 29390(1 (ex Clm 28125) and München, BSB, Clm 6344.
