Prato, Biblioteca Roncioniana, Q.II.52 (108) is a copy of Burchard with Lateran II decrees added on fol. 177ra-178rb according to Manus. Jasper notes a great similarity to Pistoia, Archivio Capitolare del Duomo, C.125.
Note that many scholars including both Pokorny (Kéry p. 141) and Jasper refer to this manuscript as "Prato, Biblioteca Roncioniana, Q.VIII.4 (3)". This may be due to the erroneous shelf mark on the microfilm reported by [https://manus.iccu.sbn.it/cnmd/0000190197 Manus.
