The manuscript is dated by the late eleventh century. Likely transcribed at the monastery of St. Blasien. The monastery at Engelberg owned this manuscript at some point in the Middle Ages, but it is unclear when it got it.

On fol. 5ra-39va, 39va-45ra there is the 74T with the Swabian Appendix to 74T. Glosses are few, see details in Dusil, Wissensordnungen (2018).

A lot of canon-law material on the remaining folios, including the Epitome Hadriani on fol. 69rb-76. Overall, this material is quite close to items one can find in other mss of the Swabian version of 74T.
