Einsiedeln, Stiftsbibliothek, Codex 191 is a manuscript of the Collectio Quesnelliana written around 800 in north-eastern France according to Bischoff and Mordek.

VIII-IX, probably Northeastern France or Northwestern Austrasia like Arras 644 “ein des Königs würdiges Buch” [Bischoff, ‘Die Hofbibliothek Karls des Großen’, Karl der Große, Lebenswerk und Nachleben 2 (Düsseldorf 1965) 42-62, esp. 55] Prov. Maassen, Geschichte p. 167 mentions this codex as "Codex Einsiedlensis mit einem Fragment der Hispana"; this apparently refers to the conciliar canons on pp. 15-45 on which see Maassen, Bibliotheca p. 247.
