Wien, Österreichische Nationalbibliothek, Cod. 2196 contains on fol. 4-248 the Harley abbreviation of Ivo's Decretum. It is written in long lines. The codex has been described, and attributed to Northern Italy saec. XII 2/2 by Hermann.
