Oxford, Bodleian Library, e Mus. 103 (olim 3689; ex Justel) is a copy of the [[Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana]] „namely the councils without the decretals“ according to the Summary catalogue.

The manuscript belonged to {{author|Justel}} whose edition of the Dionysiana relies on it for the conciliar canons of the Dionysiana. it does not contain the decretal collection (the [[Liber decretalium Dionysii]]).  


Note that {{author|Maassen}} p. {{Maassen|427}} listed „Bodleian 3689“ as a tenth-century copy of the [[Collectio Dionysiana II]], while {{author|Kéry}} p. {{Kery|10}} perhaps for this reason lists „e Mus. 103“ among the Dionysiana II copies: „Oxford, Bodleian Library, e Mus. 103 (olim 3689), saec. IX ca. 3/4, probably Eastern France“ and calls it the manuscript from which Justel did his Dionysiana edition (p. {{Kery|9}}).

Oxford, Bodleian Library, e Mus. 103 (olim 3689) is a copy of a version of the Dionysiana. The manuscript belonged to Justel whose edition of the Dionysiana relies on it for the conciliar canons of the Dionysiana. it does not contain the decretal collection (the Liber decretalium Dionysii).

Opinion on the place and date of origin are divided. Maassen p. 427 dated it to the tenth century. Bischoff, Katalog no. 3796 asserted it originated in "Westfrankreich, IX. Jh., ca. 2.
