Oxford, Bodleian Library, e Mus. 103 (olim 3689; ex Justel) is a copy of the Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana „namely the councils without the decretals“ according to the Summary catalogue.

Note that Maassen p. 427 listed „Bodleian 3689“ as a tenth-century copy of the Collectio Dionysiana II, while Kéry p. 10 perhaps for this reason lists „e Mus. 103“ among the Dionysiana II copies: „Oxford, Bodleian Library, e Mus. 103 (olim 3689), saec. IX ca. 3/4, probably Eastern France“ and calls it the manuscript from which Justel did his Dionysiana edition (p. 9).
