Utrecht, Universiteitsbibliotheek, 621 (4 G 9) contains a copy of the Panormia (siglum: Ua).
s. xii2, later at Charterhouse of Utrecht. Cat. attributes to NW Germany. Long lines
194 fos. Prologue, ending on fo. 12v, with text to Panormia 8. 136. A later hand adds marginal rubrics frequently to Bk II med. then less so; the same or a similar one also makes a number of corrections in the text. From 1. 146 onwards there are substantial traces of a continuous numbering of the canons, which coincides with that of neither the earlier editions nor of the present draft (cf Vo inf.)
