Several collection contain mainly conciliar material they seem to have taken from a collection they refer to as the Stauta ecclesiae antiqua. This apparently was a small systematic collection compiled in Gaul in the mid-fifth century. It is not extant and can only be reconstructed from its use by later compilers.
Munier, who edited the collection (CCSL 148 pp. 166–185), attributed it to Gennadius of Marseille.
