Bamberg, Staatsbibliothek, Msc.Patr.69 (olim B.IV.10) was written at Mainz in the eleventh century (saec. XI 2/4 or saex 2/2 according to {{author|Hoffmann}}, who assumed one of the scribes was trained at Lorsch).
