Chartres, BM, 193 (172) contains the fragments of what was once Chartres, BM, 193. This codex, almost completey destroyed in 1944, cointained a canon law collection only known from this manuscript. The fragments have been digitized by the IRHT. Sixty-four of them contain at least a few lines of legible text.

The canon law materials have been described as excerpts from Benedictus Levitae and the False Decretals (Kéry, Collections p. 106 and 120). However, the manuscript contains much more materials (including some Roman law) which overlaps with Ivo's Decretum (Rolker, Age of Reforms, pp. 346-349).
