The ''Collectio Oenipontana'' is transmitted as an appendix to [[Gratian]] (between the ''Decretum'' and the canons of Lateran III in [[Innsbruck, Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Tirol, Cod. 90]]) and variously been classified as a decretal collection (Kuttner) or an appendix (Duggan). The Collectio Oenipontana is transmitted as an appendix to Gratian (between the Decretum and the canons of Lateran III in Innsbruck, Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Tirol, Cod. 90) and variously been classified as a decretal collection (Kuttner) or an appendix (Duggan). It contains 89 pieces, mostly pre-Gratian material, some of which is taken from Burchard, but also five decretals of Alexander III.
