It is transmitted as an appendix to Gratian (between the Decretum and the canons of Lateran III in Innsbruck, Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek Tirol, Cod. 90) and variously been classified as a decretal collection (Kuttner) or an appendix (Duggan).
