There are two collections from early twelfth-century Châlons-en-Champagne known as the Catalaunenses, with the former serving as the model of the latter (Collectio Catalaunensis II). The compiler of Collectio Catalaunensis II used the same version (probably the same copy) of the Collectio X partium as did the compiler of the Collectio Catalaunensis I. It begins with a prologue similar to that of the Panormia. Like the Panormia, it is divided into partes. The Collectio Catalaunensis II is not analysed separately here, but was used to fill in inscriptions missing in the Catalaunensis I. 239
