Sankt Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. Sang. 1398 a.03 is a folder containing three sets of fragments: fragments of Pseudo-Remedius on pp. 1-12 (saec. IX, long lines), Isidore and Augustine on pp. 13-14, and Burchard copy on pp. 15-18 (two leaves of book 19; saec. XII, two columns).
Note that Cod. Sang. 1398 a.03 was formed in 2005, when Cod. Sang. 1398 a was split into 14 smaller units.
