Sankt Gallen, Stiftsbibliothek, Cod. Sang. 671 contains the Collectio Dionysio-Hadriana and (according to Kéry) the Collectio Hadriano-Hispanica. The most recent description (Lenz/Ortelli 2014) describes the codex as containing the Dionysio-Hadriana on pp. 2-436 and does not mention a Hadriano-Hispanica.
Two eleventh-century hands added JK 700 on p. 197 in the margin. Other marginal additions include on pp. 220-267 what Scherrer (cited by Autenrieth p. 81) described as "fragmentarische Dekrete oder Canones" and pp. 390-427 (!) Lanfranc's adversus Berengarium. Lenz/Ortelli describe the additions pp. 197–205, 219, 220–267, 436, 437b, 444a–444b as coming from Burchard.
