A rather famous composite manuscript (), made around the year 800 in Lucca. It combines three medieval manuscripts; the third of them (today fol. 212–354) contains the Collectio Sanblasiana (or rather parts thereof) on fol. 236r-271v and the Epitome Hispana on fol. 288r-309v.
