Città del Vaticano, BAV, Barb. lat. 679 (olim Barb. 2888) is a copy of the Collectio Vaticana in Vat. lat. 1342 (apparently on fol. 1-295; fols. 296-298 in any case are a later addition, and the texts on fol. 295v-298 are saec. XI). In the older literature including CLA, it is sometimes wrongly listed as a copy of Cresconius (Mordek, Kirchenrecht und Reform p. 10 n. 40).
