Burgo de Osma, Biblioteca del Cabildo, 8 is a copy of the Panormia (siglum Be). It is not a copy of the Polycarpus (Kéry, Collections p. 268).
fos 1-162v, to 8. 136 with interpolation at fos 105v-108 of Poitiers 1100 and Toulouse 1119, and subst. suppl. to fol. 182v. Cf Sigüenza, 5 (Sh). Rubrics in margin to end of book three, but rare later. Text has links with Paris, BnF, lat. 3869 (Pk).
