Burgo de Osma, Biblioteca del Cabildo, 8 is a copy of the Panormia (siglum Be). It is not a copy of the Polycarpus (Kéry, Collections p. 268), and although the 2011 catalogue claims that te appendix contains excerts from the Pol<carpus, it does not offer much supporting evidence.

fos 1-162v, to 8. 136 with interpolation at fos 105v-108 of Poitiers 1100 and Toulouse 1119, and subst. suppl. to fol. 182v. Cf Sigüenza, 5 (Sh). Rubrics in margin to end of book three, but rare later. Text has links with Paris, BnF, lat. 3869 (Pk).

The 2011 catalogue adds that there is one (!) letter of Gregory the Great on simony fol. 162v-181v from the Polycarpus, and various excerpts from patristic writings and decretals fol. 184-197. It is not clear whether this appendix constitutes a uniform work and if so, whether it is a proper canonical collection.
