Napoli, Biblioteca Nazionale (aka Biblioteca Nazionale Vittorio Emanuele III), ex Vind. lat. 2 is a codex respcriptus (saec V/VI / saec VIII/IX). The miscellaneous materials include decrees of a Roman council and the Decretum Gelasianum (Maassen, pp. 239 and 283). Note that the Mirabile description seems not to mention these materials (but the Vienna catalogue does).
In the older literature, the codex is known as "Cod. Vindob. 16" or „Hofbibliothek 16“, as it was kept in Vienna from 1717 to 1919.
