First half of the tenth century, northern or central Italy (Ravenna?) according to Mordek (Kéry, p. 124; Ubl et al.).
There are five 16th c. copies of this manuscript, see Kéry, p. 125 for details.
Note that Linda referred to the library as "Biblioteca Capitolare Eusebiana" (apparently confusing it with the Vercelli library).
